Welcome to Sage's Cove
An online, woman-owned spiritual shop, founded in Keswick (Georgina) Ontario in November of 2020!
Rooted in the belief that spiritual connection nurtures our overall wellbeing, we invite you to explore our offerings of crystals and other spiritual tools. While our shop remains online, we are dedicated to providing a virtual space of meaning and connection.
In July of 2023, our outdoor space was certified as a Wildlife-friendly Habitat by the Canadian Wildlife Federation. To support our environment and wildlife further, we have made available free Ontario Native Wildflower Seeds to the public. my story
Born on Halloween night, when the veil between realms is at its thinnest, I've held a special connection to the spiritual world since my earliest years. This connection led me to open Sage's Cove and professionally train in a diverse range of spiritual disciplines, including: meditation, emotional healing, advanced energy transfer, the intuitive arts, herbalism, chakras, Swedish massage, holistic nutrition, Reiki, energy medicine, crystal healing, reflexology, Shiatsu, aromatherapy, and more.
My passion for mental and emotional health, my personal journey with spiritual psychotherapy, and the intersection with spiritual practices led me to study psychology as an interest student. Firsthand experience has shown me the significant role that spiritual practices play in nurturing personal well-being, fostering community health, and supporting the well-being of our planet and all its inhabitants.
Currently, I am working on independent case studies to complete my professional training to become a certified Holistic Health Practitioner. Upon completion, I will be expanding Sage’s Cove into an in-person practice, offering gentle and personalized spiritual and energetic treatments, guidance, and support.
